At Gerg, we collaborate closely with the customers’ engineering departments. We constantly blaze new trails in the production of cubing models (for example, by employing CFRP to reduce weight). Large CNC machines with traverse paths ranging up to six meters allow us to process fully assembled vehicles. We employ the most advanced shaping strategies and state-of-the-art HSM processing centers to enable five-sided shaping of any geometric form. Our modern enameling line lets us finish surfaces to class A standards, thereby satisfying a prerequisite for high-quality cubing models.
