CASTING |
Traditional cast model building remains a key activity of the Gerg Group. We produce primarily cast models of engine parts used in automotive and aircraft development as well as for series production. Our offering comprises wood, epoxy and metal models. Our well-coordinated team of seasoned modelers and technicians merges engineering expertise and craftsmanship skills. We have been focusing on the production of PU- and silicone-parts with injection-technology. All production techniques for injected, foamed or pressed parts are available in house, from the making of steel molds to die casting.
